π Key Responsibilities

Develop initial outlines, storyboards, interview questions, and scripts

Obtain necessary approvals and draft project costing/funding proposals

Prepare schedules and production timelines

Arrange equipment, prepare data cards, batteries, etc.

Organize transportation of equipment and/or crew to campus locations if required

Direct talent and crew, prepare all production elements including lighting, and ensure the safety of all talent and crew

Determine/select music and obtain all necessary rights for usage

Assemble picture, soundtrack, graphics, and narration. Edit these materials using a variety of editing software and equipment to prepare rough cuts

Education: Three-year diploma/degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a social media video content producer

- Demonstrated experience with common storytelling and filmmaking techniques including interviewing subjects
