π Key Responsibilities

Lead NPI portfolio commercialization activities to support growth in the rapidly developing battery electric vehicle customer market segment

Manage new product efforts with cross-functional teams; leads cross-functional team through gate review process for new products

Partner with R&D/Laboratory and Finance to develop realistic business cases that clearly define the risks, rewards, and resources needed

Develop and implements effective new product launch plans that fully realize the opportunity in the market as quickly as possible

Support Thermal Management Global Portfolio Managers in growth activities through customer RFQ coordination and execution

Consult with global Product and Vertical portfolio to prioritize new application and product ideas for product roadmap development and execution through customer and market insights

π― Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelorβs degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Experience: Five (5) years of combined experience in New Product Commercialization, Marketing, Strategy, Sales and/or Technical roles in a private, public, government or military environment
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in new product commercialization, marketing, strategy, sales, or technical roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and navigate complex situations
- Excellent customer-focused thinking and communication skills
