π Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement programs that build brand equity, enhance product visibility, and drive relevance and consumption of our products.

Work across several portfolio brands, including Hotaling & CO. brand and platforms (events, sponsorships / partnerships, influencer / PR, digital / content).

Partner in strategy and planning for all Hotaling & CO. experiential platforms (events, sponsorships, partnerships).
β
Lead execution of all Hotaling & CO. experiential events (National Company Meeting, Tales of the Cocktail, NABCA, WSWA, Bar Convent Brooklyn, SF Symphony, GS Warriors, etc).

Own execution of key content platforms (bartender education, cocktail tips and tricks, event coverage and amplification, social posting / boosting / measurement).

Own execution of key PR / Influencer activations (logistics, contracts, activity, amplification, agency management).
β
Support marketing activities specifically on company-owned brands (Junipero, Old Potrero, Denizen, Barsol).
β
Manage Hotaling & CO. POS platform on behalf of all portfolio brands across inventory, warehousing, shipping / receiving.
β
Manage Hotaling & CO. coupon platform across IRC/MIR/Digital Rebates on behalf of all portfolio brands.
ASSUMPTION: This role may require occasional travel to attend industry events and represent Hotaling & CO.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 3+ years experience in project management, preferably in hospitality or the spirits industry
