✅ Develops a draft IO plan for each exercise and provides the responsible Government exercise planner a monthly listing of changes to the plan
✅ Provides a coordinated draft IO Annex (STARTEX MOA) prior to execution of the exercise for review by the Scenario Design Chief
✅ Advises the IO and develop draft IO events recommended for inclusion in the Road to War for the Scenario Design to present to the Exercise Director
✅ Maintains and develops a robust, multi-platform social media environment within the Information Operations Network (ION)
