โœ… Form close relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor and facilitator for programmatic media buying

โœ… Become a Viant Cloud and Adelphic DSP expert and share that expertise with customers

โœ… Proactively oversee and manage client campaign portfolios, controlling delivery and performance, surfacing insights, and educating customers on best practices

โœ… Oversee campaign launches; continuously educate and train customers in order to promote trading expertise and autonomy

โœ… Provide recommendations that drive delivery and performance; tenaciously troubleshoot and escalate technical issues

โœ… Proactively communicate industry and Viant insights and opportunities; develop optimal strategies of media buying + data which achieve customer objectives
