β Develop compelling and targeted content for different platforms, including candidate campaigns, social, blogs, and the career site.
β Craft messaging that highlights the company's unique selling points and promotes a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the company's values, culture, and mission are effectively communicated to potential candidates.
β Provide support in creating engaging job postings, recruitment collateral, and other promotional materials.
β Establish and evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks for talent branding/engagement, and source effectiveness to analyze the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, programmatic advertising, career site engagement, chatbot and other KPIs and key data points.
β Report out a monthly comprehensive recap of the Recruitment Marketing function and use data to make informed decisions while continuously optimizing strategies for better results.
β Lead the internal creation of macro workforce trends from a variety of resources including DOL, BLS, and other talent summaries and accredited resources.
β Manage the overall Recruitment Marketing budget to ensure we deliver the appropriate spend and minimizing cost-per-hire.
