β Drive an innovation mindset within the BU, supporting Business Development team to continuously scan the market, prioritize, and assess Rx and OTC businesses (projects, products, and/or companies) that can be of strategic interest to Almirall
β Jointly with the corresponding operational and People & Culture functions, contribute to create communication initiatives to create awareness and engagement around the Local Brands
β Lead and coach the team under his/her responsibility, ensuring high standards, developing individuals and team, and cultivating talent
β Promote and disseminate a winning attitude and customer success mindset through his/her leadership and strategic vision
β Embrace and cultivate culture transformation and values across the team and internal & external stakeholders
