Develop and execute the US precision medicine/diagnostics strategy and tactics to support patient identification/treatment eligibility for multiple solid tumors, samples, and tests.

Collaborate with cross-functional US Brand teams and Global Diagnostic teams, as well as Precision Medicine and Genomics partners, to align strategies, tactics, and lifecycle planning.

Support in-market precision medicine/diagnostics excellence for product launches, including market readiness planning.

Recruit, develop, and lead the Precision Medicine marketing team responsible for precision medicine in US Oncology.

Assess and identify issues and develop tactical options to remove/minimize barriers to testing through collaborative partnerships with diagnostic companies, lab networks, and health systems.

Education: Bachelorβs Degree Required
Experience: 10+ years of Commercial pharma experience
Required Skills:
