π― Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience leading content management solutions across personal and non-personal customer engagement channels
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in defining and launching software products that meet and exceed business objectives
- Excellent relationship management and collaboration/communication skills
- Knowledge of orchestrating content from creation to publishing process within BMS MarTech foundational ecosystem
- Ability to formulate visionary transformation through use of AI tools and amplify the need for personalization based on data-driven insights for superior customer experience
- Demonstrated experience in working with technical teams with skills in AI/ML, data science, web development frameworks, and programming languages
