Drive the S&P operating rhythm: own calendar priorities, meeting agendas, and preparation to ensure effective use of time and attention.

Manage development of annual and quarterly strategic planning, goal setting (M&Ms/OKRs), and progress tracking across all Strategic & Corporate Development workstreams.

Define, launch, and track initiatives that support Axonβs growth strategy and long-range planning goals.
