π Key Responsibilities

Proactively own process improvements and best practices within key marketing technologies such as Hubspot, Braze, Demandbase, and Salesforce to ensure demand generation and nurture programs are running successfully and meeting our lead and conversion goals.

Own the process for audience segmentation building within our automation and communication tools

Own the traffic management for outbound email and in-app marketing campaigns to ensure an excellent customer experience

Support campaign execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation, and QA for campaigns, workflows, and data issues

Build and execute programs within key marketing technologies, as needed, to ensure timely launch of marketing campaigns.
