π Key Responsibilities

Support the SIPP Communications Manager in their delivery of Consumer Duty accountabilities, and the Head of SIPP Proposition as owner of the Customer Understanding Outcome

Work with the business to produce and maintain a framework to continually review and update all customer communications throughout the whole product lifecycle and ensure they are in line with the Consumer Duty Regulations.
