β Conduct regular social listening across social channels to gain insights into how customers are discussing TSH brand on social media and provide a feedback loop to broader stakeholders. In addition, conduct regular audience analysis to generate insights into who our followers are on our social channels and who else they follow (i.e., their affinities). Define social channel fit with existing target audiences and identify potential new demographics to target
