✅ Manage established End user and Channel Sales Partner relationships.

✅ Provide technical expertise on products (e.g., product lifecycle obsolescence), customer programs (e.g., product upgrades) and customer cost savings initiatives.

✅ Achieve sales targets and other KPIs as defined by the management.

✅ Visit End users and distribution partners time to time.

✅ Generate leads through cold calling, Networking events and follow-ups to successfully close the business.

✅ Continuously improve current working knowledge of existing and new products and services.

🎯 Required Qualifications

Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.

Experience: 7 years plus experience of Industrial Sales. Experience of Metal cutting tools or CNC Machines is added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Learning agility, Ability to understand technical products, systems, and solutions.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, the ability to work with different functions.
• Possess own transport.
• Ability to assess customer needs competently.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in Thai and English.
• Experience in the metalworking or machinery industry.
