βœ… Primarily responsible for building alignment with Senior Vice President-GMMs in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for two merchandise divisions and all supporting categories

βœ… Ensure Category Marketing Specialists and Divisional Merchandising Manager(s) align on Marketing priorities, category positioning, and key consumer messages that lead to the development and execution of Category Marketing briefs

βœ… Drive alignment of seasonal sales strategies, category priorities, key campaign messages, and customer initiatives through submission of seasonal marketing briefs

βœ… Work with Sr Director Category Marketing to create centralized go-to-market plan

βœ… Serve as category central communication point for Tier 1 planning and execution to downstream marketing channels

βœ… Lead in identifying, exploring, evaluating, and recommending new opportunities in support of division objectives – from customer solutions to marketing and promotional initiatives

βœ… Maintain knowledge of industry competitive and best in class marketing for assigned division(s) and overarching business categories
