β Support the Manager with the onboarding of new team members
β Act as the touchpoint between workers and Business Managers, coordinating with both parties to ensure employee needs are met and company goals are achieved
β Support in the performance management process for all team members by conducting performance reviews and establishing development plans
β Provide mentorship to catalyze growth through coaching and team building
