β Revises or writes standardized material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery and other equipment.
β Update the ROTHR Technical Documentation Master inventory in EAM/MMIS with the latest documentation indicated in approved ECPβs (Engineering Change Proposal) by accessing the documents in Raytheonβs Common PDM website.
β Writing, editing, and formatting documents and spreadsheets for ROTHR contract deliverables (CDRLs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Local Operating Procedures (LOPs).
β Ensures the ROTHR program's SharePoint and EAM/MMIS database remain up to date with all required documentation.
β Attends and contributes to Program Management and ROTHR functional department meetings. Receives technical direction from supervisor/program leaders, notes or manuals containing operating procedures and details manufacturer's catalogs, drawings and other data relative to operation, maintenance, and service of equipment.
β Organizes material and completes writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology; maintain records and files of work and revisions, select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material; assist in laying out material for publication arrange for typing, duplication and distribution of material; and may specialize in writing material regarding work methods and procedures. Candidate will perform all other related duties as assigned and required.
