π Key Responsibilities

Partner with QVC client and Synchrony teams to lead, develop, and implement strategic marketing initiatives to achieve business goals

Monitor and manage performance of all key credit and marketing metrics vs. plan

Drive growth and profitability for the card program by spearheading innovative solutions in partnership with the client

Define, develop, and implement strategies, campaigns, and solutions that span the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, usage, and servicing

Utilize analytical tools to optimize marketing investments to drive profitable growth

Establish and develop key relationships at the partner organization

Keep abreast of industry and competitive insights while defining, implementing, and tracking KPIs through analytic tools

- Direct marketing experience with both acquisition and loyalty/lifecycle channels
Required Skills:
- Strong project management experience, organized, and detail-oriented
