β Develop and propose annual Nenkei volume and share, annual Budget volume, share, and gross profit, and annual Pricing strategy
β Develop Positioning and Strategy for each nameplate and create and execute annual Brand Plan by CV
β Collect data from numerous external and internal sources to identify and monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, and CV group performance
β Develop Guest retention plans and promotions specific to CV
β Manage, mentor, and develop associates and ensure they are provided opportunities for development and that career paths and succession plans are charted out through a Succession/Progression Development Interventions
