π Key Responsibilities

Shape and communicate company vision & mission and translate the company brand elements into effective plans and applicable market strategies, to achieve brand awareness and market share objectives.

Develop and execute Go-to-Marketing plan for Libresse brand / channel / product, for the area of responsibility in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans, in alignment with sales and customer marketing.

Manage product launch process (incl. post-launch) according to agreed plan and within assigned budget. Maintain records of sales volume, revenues and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts.

Manage assigned A&P budget, ensure monthly tracking and annual budgeting.

Collect and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand.

Collect and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify brand/product/service features that need to be changed to meet consumer needs.

Main contact for external agencies (Digital, Design, Media, PR); keep close collaboration & ensure high performance and engagement with our brand.
