- Ensures all activity delivers against brand objectives

- Oversees Pence per Click (PPC) campaigns
- Collaborates with brand, sales, and trade teams to facilitate media tagging and secure trade back from >75% of media

- Leads digital conversations with customers and supports relevant content for their platforms (brand store/PDPs)
- Ownership of CARS (Content, Assortments, Reviews & Search) tracking, improvement, and content implementation
- Manages ratings & reviews campaign and optimizes always-on retailer search
- Ensures Clicks performs at +1.5% vs Bricks in B&C retailers
π Analysis
- Conducts ad-hoc performance analysis and reporting of sales and shoppers' data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar)
- Tracks competitors' activity and industry trends, sharing key learnings with internal teams
- Translates insights and category data into action to support retailer sell-ins
π Communication & Best Practice Sharing
- Acts as a champion for Wella brands, maintaining regular dialogue cross-functionally to drive brand plans in relevant channels
- Conducts regular store visits and tracks competitor activity, striving for best in class/disruptive communication

π― Required Qualifications
π― Education:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
π― Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer marketing
- Experience in category management (preferred)
- Proven success working with all sizes of businesses
- P&L management experience
