Manage inbound marketing team members and processes to achieve company goals for brand awareness, demand generation, and opportunity creation.

Execute strategy for inbound marketing channels, including website/blog strategy, SEO, paid search, paid and organic social media.

Oversee expansion of websites, including knowbe4.com, localized international websites, and other websites as needed, including traffic/conversion analysis, personalization, online chat, heat mapping, etc.

Measure and optimize inbound marketing programs using vendor-specific reports, internal dashboards/reports, and CRM data.

Identify, evaluate, and test new marketing programs with existing and new vendors to improve lead quality and conversion.

Collaborate with marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs.

Review and approve promotional content such as advertisements, blogs, infographics, etc.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep KnowBe4 ahead.

- Experience partnering with executive leaders in Sales, RevOps, Product, etc.
- Experience with B2B marketing in the technology industry (IT Security and SaaS marketing a plus).
