π Key Responsibilities

Builds the regional marketing plan working closely with the APAC Field Marketing leader, and NEA Regional Vice President to understand the business goals and priorities, driving execution through all contributors.

Executes the marketing plan by implementing persona and industry campaigns and devising local initiatives to create a multi-channel marketing strategy.

Works closely with regional partner managers and partner marketing team to increase awareness in local markets, drive partner pipeline, support adoption through partner campaign tool kits.

Collaborates closely with the digital marketing team to promote campaigns via digital channels (email, LinkedIn etc).

Works in tandem with global programs to execute local flavor of global campaigns in the region, translates and localizes campaign messaging and assets as well as digital properties to optimize SEO.

Responsible for managing regional field marketing budget and tracking of program spending alongside ongoing assessment of campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Creates local customer stories by working with the Corporate Communications team and local agencies.

Communicates effectively and enables the regional sales and partner teams on marketing plans, results, new marketing messages and propositions.

Regular reporting on pipeline and marketing analytics (lead funnel, campaigns, account engagement) to drive corrective action to achieve demand generation targets of the region.
