β Develop and own the long-term roadmap and 12QP for Rexona across key brand engines, ensuring a cohesive innovation plan and technology pipeline across markets that drives meaningful difference and exceeds growth ambitions.
β Lead and develop creative comms platforms to launch innovation projects at scale, working closely with Rexonaβs agency network to ensure they are social by design and drive brand impact with sharp, inspirational, and disruptive creative briefs.
β Equity and Design Development: contribute to the development of and execute the new brand positioning, new visual identity, fragrance strategy, and format strategy to make Rexona truly desirable and SASSY, taking ownership of the new design and fragrance direction for the brand and its consistent implementation into the Good, Better, Best brand architecture.
β Lead the All Over Body BBM for the category β defining the technology roadmap, format strategy, and Market Development model for the category and the brand.
β Develop Horizon 2&3 innovation destination portfolio β uncovering future Efficacy+ benefits and adjacencies to stay 3 steps ahead in owning and evolving efficacy for the brand, as well as identifying Limited Edition and collab opportunities.
β Support the GBVP in delivering the brand plan and tailoring the plans to meet the needs of the lead BUs and markets.
β Build strong relationships and partnerships with key Rexona markets and functions: collaborate constructively, closely, and effectively with lead markets to deeply understand their needs, the UBS performance of the brand, and working in seamless partnership end-to-end to deliver strong brand plans on time and in full.
β Lead and mentor a team of highly talented marketers across 3 locations to achieve their own and the brand goals β establishing and growing a winning and high-performing culture.

ASSUMPTION: This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to manage global teams and stakeholders effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree would be an asset.
Experience: At least 10 years of marketing experience in BG and/or BU in any region globally with a strong consumer focus.
