Brand Leadership & Strategy:
- Drive the Exfoliation category through a deep understanding of the internal and external landscape.
- Develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns for BHA, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and measurable results.
- Create breakthrough campaigns that push the brand forward while maintaining its DNA.
- Manage the development and deployment of launch toolkits containing campaign concept + messaging, claims, content strategy, paid media assets, in-store assets, e-commerce assets, press releases, influencer guidelines, and activation concepts.
- Analyze the potential of new products, line extensions, packaging updates, formula updates, and make recommendations based on sales and profit analysis.
- Drive and manage all aspects of innovation from concept creation to 360 launch plans, including insight development, concept positioning, pricing, size of prize analysis, and cannibalization analysis.
- Translate brand strategy into clear themes, 360 campaigns, and messaging, and ensure alignment with the overall marketing communications calendar and customer touchpoints.
