π About the Role
- Lead the Exfoliation category by driving innovative 360 marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional execution.

- Drive the Exfoliation category through a deep understanding of the internal and external landscape.
- Drive the entire process of 360 marketing campaigns for the hero product, BHA, from concept creation through execution, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and measurable results.
- Create breakthrough campaigns that push the brand forward while maintaining the brandβs DNA.
- Manage the development and deployment of launch toolkits containing campaign concept + messaging, claims, content strategy, paid media assets, in-store assets, e-commerce assets, press releases, influencer guidelines, and activation concepts.
- Translate brand strategy into clear themes, 360 campaigns, and messaging, and ensure consistent implementation of campaigns and overall brand strategy and positioning across customer touchpoints.
- Review US marketing to ensure consistent implementation of campaigns and overall brand strategy and positioning across customer touchpoints.
