π Key Responsibilities

Own and manage Frostβs instance of BlueConic, including access management, segment creation, campaign creation, performance monitoring, and collaboration with IT and Digital Services

Define and document marketing automation processes, workflows, and system integrations to drive efficient, scalable campaign execution

Collaborate with Line of Business marketing teams, our media agency PMG, and the Digital Marketing team to develop and optimize dynamic customer segments and automated campaign workflows

Serve as the point of contact for technical troubleshooting, ensuring integrations with platforms like Acoustic, Google Campaign Manager, and the Frost website are functional and efficient
