β Create lead and account management processes that can scale alongside the business, developing advanced lead and account-based scoring methodologies
β Provide technical and functional knowledge to projects contributing to overall direction across marketing and revenue teams
β Collaborate across functions to structure problems, conduct analysis, and drive to solutions through a rigorous, data-driven process
β Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify obstacles and ensure they are addressed
β Own HubSpot roadmap, research best practices, trends, and new technology and options within HubSpot and its ecosystem to increase the effectiveness of the system
β Identify, define, and own implementation of new ways to enhance marketing operational quality, including enhanced segmentation, data hygiene, scalability, and otherwise improve performance
β Detail and document processes and configuration
β Partner with sales leadership to assess the entire customer acquisition process and buyer journey to identify, champion, and drive the cross-functional execution of optimizations that will drive greater conversion and scale in the business
β Work collaboratively with the sales enablement team to educate the sales team on the best ways to follow up on marketing qualified accounts and leads from multiple sources
