π Key Responsibilities

Grow quote volume across all Selina channels, including Direct (aggregators, PPC, organic) and Intermediary channels.

Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities to increase quoting activity, such as improvements to aggregator ranking, broker API quoting enablement, or removal of friction.

Run structured growth experiments across channels to improve quote initiation and completion rates and build a habit of testing and learning.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Broker BD and Data to ship improvements, drive adoption, and support campaign execution.

Improve aggregator performance, including ranking, CTR, and quote conversion through data analysis, eligibility improvements, and offer optimisation.

Become a subject matter expert on the quoting journeys across our intermediary and direct channels.
