π Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the marketing strategy for Gas Power products (Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators, HRSGs) for new units and/or services

Stay abreast of industry trends, power & electricity market insights, marketplace leading indicators and forecasts relevant to the business; liaise with regional marketing experts and βconnect the dotsβ globally

Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, understand customer requirements and utilize data to inform on product and/or sales strategies providing a differentiated value proposition

Perform segmentation analyses considering customer values, behaviors, and needs. Perform market mapping & targeting; capture emerging trends in relevant segments and develop corresponding strategies

Document marketplace requirements in support of new product development, summarizing marketplace insights, segmentation, requirements identification, and VOC
β
Provide relevant marketplace inputs feeding into new product business cases and capital allocation decisions

Strategically partner with Product Managers throughout the product development phase

Define and lead marketing campaigns, develop and maintain internal/external collateral (e.g. fact sheets, customer presentations, catalogs, webinars, webpages)

Provide marketplace context, data, and guidance in support of operational decision-making as well as longer term product positioning & strategy
