β Translate marketing insights and buyer intelligence into sales tools, thought leadership, and customer-facing assets that support the sales cycle.
β Create a wide range of marketing collateral including product briefs, sales playbooks, presentations, and pitch decks in partnership with the broader marketing team to enhance sales effectiveness.
β Act as a subject matter expert on the PointCentral solution suite, supporting internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Training and Enablement, with confident, accurate product knowledge.
β Conduct ongoing market and industry research to identify trends, customer needs, and whitespace opportunities; share actionable insights with internal teams.
β Formalize and lead competitive intelligence efforts, ensuring timely dissemination of insights across key stakeholders.
β Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to synthesize voice-of-customer insights and field feedback with competitive insights that inform/adapt messaging, support sales initiatives, and influence product strategy and roadmap.
β Monitor and communicate developments in the real estate industry, emerging technologies, and regulatory landscapes relevant to PointCentral.
β Develop and share data-driven insights to inform product, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
β Track and evaluate the performance of sales enablement tools and product marketing campaigns, using feedback and data to continuously improve outcomes.
