π Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze owned digital and social media channels to support consumer engagement services and brands

Deliver data-driven conclusions in reports, dashboards, and presentations to address business questions, including social brand equity report, owned digital and social channels measurement, analysis of marketing campaign performance, and analysis of brand ecosystem

Gather business requirements and feedback, analyze them, and transform into actionable briefs to ensure accurate and timely delivery of real-time social media reports and ad-hoc requests within agreed market SLA

Timely engagement of potential reputational risks and timely alerting to respective Functions/Brands to help prevent issue escalation, and provide support in issue management

Monitor owned social media channels and engage with consumers using appropriate tone-of-voice depending on the channel. Keep track of trending conversations in our community and across our competitors to provide actionable insights to Partners that will improve messaging and content creation.

Identify consumer complaints and perform refunds using Omnichannel

Publish or schedule online materials using social media platform and tools as requested by the brands or agency. Work with brand to ensure that the materials has passed Creative X prior to publishing

Set alignment calls with Market Partners to present the report, insights, and recommendations

Identify opportunities for improvements, implement best practices in collaboration with other team members and Partners
