Partner with Programming, Marketing, and others to facilitate comprehensive Engagement 365 messaging across all platforms

Develop and implement a comprehensive outbound donor stewardship program

Set and achieve annual revenue goals for the direct mail program

Lead strategy for general donor community stewardship events and partner with donor engagement project manager(s) on event execution

Hire, manage, evaluate, motivate, and develop staff

Provide coaching, training, and tools for successful accomplishment of team and ministry objectives

Responsible for activities of the donor experience staff and manage day-to-day operations of the Donor Communications team

Develop and maintain the department budget in tandem with the Director of Donor Operations and the Chief of Donor Engagement

Pray for coworkers in team meetings or with donors/listeners as needed

Education: Bachelorβs Degree, or equivalent work experience
Experience:
