π Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal marketing partners to build a creative strategy on specified campaigns to ensure the creative will meet business objectives and KPIs for various initiatives on specified projects for growth products.

Foster strong relationships working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies serving as the main POC on specified projects by setting realistic creative expectations and advocating for internal creative decisions to drive business success and optimization in effort to hit KPIs.

Manage creative agency relationships and development for current customer campaigns from brief analysis through implementation including creative work presentations to leadership with key understanding of campaign objectives.

Manage individual project budgets already established by SOWs to ensure the projects are delivered on-time and on-budget, plus must have the ability to identify cost efficiencies, when applicable.

Manage end-to-end Current Customer creative campaigns, including analyzing briefs, creating project schedules, reviewing/approving creative designs and messaging, leading creative presentations to senior leadership, consolidating and communicating feedback to agencies, ensuring quality control, overseeing final delivery within budget and specifications, maintaining project documentation, and demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Resolve campaign issues independently in a timely, productive manner and identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

Maintain project documentation, including archiving campaigns and tracking historical data, monitoring rights expirations and renewals, and documenting and communicating post-campaign learnings.
