β Ensure expiry amounts will not exceed the provisioned amount either in trade or at Tamer warehouse by monitoring stock identification and identify low-risk & high-risk stocks.
β Prepare a plan to list new products by channel, number of SKUs, and by customer, ensure, and report proper execution with sales team.
β Ensure proper execution and reporting for Point of Sales Material (POSM) from Tamer Warehouse to the trade as per the agreed allocation.
β Prepare and communicate with suppliers expected month closing, monthly letter with month and YTD brand performance with key market insights in addition to next month and YTG plan.
β Conduct required analysis related to brand performance, ROI analysis, market, customers, etc., and convert opportunities from data analysis outcome into an action plan.
β Design and execute a monthly visit plan as per visit guideline for branch, market, & customer along with visit agenda and visit outcome reports.
