Establish and manage AvidXchange Customer Advisory Board and Analyst Relations communities for users to facilitate product engagement, collaboration, and insights to drive product innovation

Partner with PM, PMM, and Product Design to support product launches that leverage the community for beta testing and early feedback

Partner with brand advocacy, content, and campaign teams to source, develop, and showcase customer success stories that highlight product value across channels
