📋 Key Responsibilities
✅ Work in partnership with the RBLL and other key regional business line leadership to shape, inform, communicate, and implement the overall vision for the regional business line
✅ Lead the development of the strategic growth plan for the Program Management business line and communicate corresponding growth goals with key personnel
✅ Provide strategic input into major PgM pursuits, including ECPs and Tier 2s, and support Client Account Managers in achieving their growth targets and objectives
