π Key Responsibilities

Work in partnership with the RBLL and other key regional business line leadership to shape, inform, communicate, and implement the overall vision for the regional business line

Lead the development of the strategic growth plan for the Program Management business line and communicate corresponding growth goals with key personnel

Provide strategic input into major PgM pursuits, including ECPs and Tier 2s, and support Client Account Managers in achieving their growth targets and objectives

Drive consistent application of AECOM Program Management practices as it relates to strategy, growth, and pursuit capture

Work with the RBLL to develop full year Wins and Bookings forecast on a monthly basis and monitor progress versus goals

Champion AECOMβs Enterprise Strategic Initiatives within the business line to implement with our current and future clients
