๐Ÿ“‹ Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and communicate strategic growth initiatives for the IND segment, focusing on achieving specific annual NIS, EBITDA, and $-share targets using the Must Win Battle & Micro Battle construct.
- Collaborate with the Business lead and Trade Marketing team to execute the 4Ps strategy, including product development, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and shelf strategy.

- P&L Management:
- Oversee the business P&L for the Dynatrap and Mosquito Magnet brands, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, proactively adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
- Participate fully in ProTrack projects to ensure a pipeline of contribution margin improving projects are being pursued.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the digital and e-commerce teams to optimize online sales and marketing efforts.
- Partner with Sales to successfully engage Retailer partners in New Item sell ins and line reviews.
- Work with the marketing team to create compelling content and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the factory and supply chain teams to ensure efficient production and distribution processes as well as on-time, in-full supply.

- Consumer Insights & Data Analytics:
- Utilize consumer insights and data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and sales data to identify opportunities for product innovation and marketing improvements.
- Implement data-driven approaches to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.

- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present the status of key strategic initiatives to senior leadership, including the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.
- Participate in key customer meetings and innovation sessions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.

- Personal Leadership:
- Facilitate and influence collaboratively across levels and functions of the company.
- Demonstrate a Growth Mindset, perseverance/determination to continue in the face of setbacks, and flexibility to find alternative paths forward.
- Grow the management ability, business acumen, and marketing/branding skills of those within the Woodstream Organization through 1:1 coaching & development as well as orchestrating more formal training opportunities when appropriate.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

- Other Functions:
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel up to 25% for Customer meetings, Supplier visits, Trade & Industry events, Consumer research, or other events as required.

- Support the delivery of consistent, annual topline (NIS) growth that is ahead of market growth targets - NIS, EBITDA, $-share.
- Support the delivery of consistent profit growth through mix management and pursuit of contribution margin improvement - EBITDA, CM% v. YA.
- Partner with Sales to pitch winning line review recommendations as well as drive for incremental distribution and display support v. YA.

- College degree: BA/BS required (marketing/economics/advertising).
- 2+ years of total Sales/Marketing experience.
- Computer literacy including all Microsoft Software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical ability.
