🎯 Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: 10+ years of experience in B2B Tech marketing, with a focus on demand generation and brand management

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience developing and overseeing data-driven demand generation strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and analytics to optimise TOFU, campaigns, and content strategy
  • Strong hands-on experience driving digital content distribution, including social media, SEO, email, and web content
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Hubspot ideally)
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages for a variety of audiences

Preferred Skills:

  • Agile methodology implementation experience
  • Experience with ABM digital marketing

πŸ’° Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: Based on the company's size and the role's requirements, the estimated salary range for this position is NZD 150,000 - 180,000 per year. This range is inclusive of a base salary and an employee equity bonus plan.
