  • Contribute to the development/assessment of short-term activities, business cases, and marketing plans, communication materials for CH products/brands cross category and leads the execution on the field

HCP relationship:

  • Manage the relationship with KOL and HCP professionals, and be the link between the marketing and HCP for all the activities and content creation
  • Maintain close contact with field HCPs to gain insights, while also keeping in touch with sales Rep and sharing insights with other departments
  • Get fully knowledgeable on the CH portfolio claims and product details
  • Be fully involved on the choice of the Key HCP KOL to speak or intervene in Medias or CH events
  • Get aligned with Medical & Regulatory on the process and material development
  • Participate in HCP precision activities by developing and executing digital campaigns targeting HCPs through various channels, including email, WhatsApp chatbot, webinars etc

Event & Activities:

  • Attend and animate symposiums, conferences, and advisory boards organized by Bayer or when Bayer is present
  • Contributes to the planning, monitoring, execution, and evaluation of the marketing/HCP activities
  • Take in charge the operational and process part for the creation, development, and implementation of the activities where HCPs are involved in Algeria and support for the rest of countries
  • Maintains close contact with sales and distribution functions to sense business conditions and trends and share with Brand managers

Material development:

  • Produce marketing materials (such as advertisements and brochures) from start to finish while collaborating with the marketing team and coordinating with external partners for NWA
  • Ensure high-quality design, translation, and production of materials aligned with marketing, medical, and regulatory requirements
  • Support Group brand marketing team in Preparation and development of contents for brochures, displays, posters, and websites for sales activities, tradeshows, events, and other external appearances of the organization for NWA region
  • Plan and organize internal and external marketing-related events
