π Key Responsibilities

Review and agree brand objectives and prepare volume, value, and margin forecasts
β
Achieve agreed annual contract brand volumes, underlying volume growth, trading contribution, and market shares
β
Lead the process of brand development using relevant tools in line with category strategies
β
Develop company-wide deep understanding of market dynamics and consumers with support from relevant departments and third-party agencies
β
Develop distinct advertising employing Unilever prescribed systems and procedures
β
Lead the process of deploying innovations on time in full in the marketplace
β
Propose consumer price changes on a regular basis to achieve target margins and trading contribution
β
Develop activation plan to meet JTBD through activation team
β
Propose, control, and reconcile support budgets
β
Ensure that accurate demand plans are in place
β
Liaise with relevant stakeholders including customer planning & strategy (CSP) team in planning and implementing trade and/or consumer activities
β
Liaise with external teams β creative agency, media agency, activation agency, and PR agencies on brand activities
β
Engage with consumers to gain an in-depth understanding of the category and need for specialist products
β
Ensure availability of products (sourced and locally manufactured) and leading discussions on issues relating to the brand and taking corrective action
β
Train and develop subordinates to raise their skills, competencies, and potential for future progress

Education: Bachelor's degree, Master's will be an added advantage
