Lead program growth and near-term capture and execution of the ~$300M Qatar LIDS contract

Develop and execute capture plans for additional FMS and DCS opportunities in the pipeline
β
Collaborate with LIDS KuRFS radar, Coyote CUAS, High Energy Laser (HEL), Coyote Blk3NK, and Sustainment Product Area Teams to execute the Qatar LIDS contract and capture future INTL opportunities
β
Lead and manage capture strategy and proposals with R&C and CMX for INTL opportunities
β
Grow CUAS markets through developing and executing CUAS roadmap activities and expansion to additional countries
β
Ensure the program wins key INTL pursuits and achieves its bookings, sales, earnings, and cash growth targets
β
Upon INTL contract awards, ensure the successful execution of the INTL contract to meet or exceed customer expectations

Education: Bachelorβs degree (Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, or related field)
Experience: 12 years of experience, including managing development programs that have transitioned to production
Required Skills:
- Program management experience, including managing development programs that have transitioned to production
- Capture management experience, including FMS process and strategic planning
- Experience with offset strategy development and execution
- Experience interfacing with customers and industry partners
- Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Estimate at Completes (EACs), Risk & Opportunity, and/or IMP/IMS
- Experience leading geographically distributed, diverse, cross-functional teams
- Experience optimizing and accelerating processes and procedures to enable rapid development in delivering fielded systems
