Plan, build, and deliver impactful global marketing campaigns and programs targeting the B2B customer base, focusing on expansion

Deliver quarterly global end-to-end plans for assigned projects and initiatives, including strategy, messaging, segmentation, event plans, content plans, tactics, budget, performance KPIs, sales enablement plan, and rollout plan/calendar

Drive key customer marketing programs, including case studies and testimonials, sales reference program, and third-party reviews on G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and Trustpilot. Support large-scale expansion and Account-based marketing initiatives

Lead the cross-functional effort in the development and execution of comprehensive campaigns in alignment with business objectives and core initiatives. Partner with key counterparts in Marketing and hold regular meetings with teams to drive customer marketing campaigns forward

Monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement. Flag any potential issues or insightful trends early and make adjustments as needed

Leverage data visualization tools to track campaign ROI and inform strategic adjustments. Complete post-campaign analysis, including actionable insights for stakeholders

Work closely with the Sales organization; develop and deliver global campaign trainings and messaging pre-launch and support lead conversion efforts by BDRs and Sales Reps through campaign reporting, tracking, and regular meetings with teams

Collaborate with Customer Success, Advocacy, Sales, and Solutions Consultants to better understand customer pain points, areas of success with expansion, and any new trends leading to high conversions

Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and tasks, such as process improvements, troubleshooting campaign issues, and supporting team initiatives
