βœ… Lead the acquisition marketing team to acquire new customers across key channels including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LiveIntent, and all other search, social, and native platforms.

βœ… Build out new acquisition programs including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation/selection, program forecasting, collaborating on implementation, analysis, and optimization/testing.

🎯 Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: 12+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with 4+ years at a primarily DTC brand. 6+ years experience on Facebook and Google; 2+ years experience in other channels including but not limited to Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Outbrain, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Fluent understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs – CPA, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, ROAS, etc.
  • Strong understanding of incrementality and various testing and optimization frameworks.
  • Understanding of the omni-customer experience and how to nurture it through key channel strategies.
  • Proven experience with high-growth brands preferred.
  • 3+ years experience with Shopify.
