Manage client relationships and provide best-in-class acquisition and retention strategy across 6+ DTC clients

Own the email production process end-to-end, from ideation to deployment, for designated accounts

Oversee omnichannel strategies to ensure cohesion across all channels utilized by the client

Develop, launch, and optimize retention strategies such as subscription, loyalty, and referral programs

Provide final QA on all team deliverables and evaluate ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reporting

Work closely with the CRM team to analyze findings, identify trends, and recommend new strategies
