β Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
β Provide fast and friendly check out experience
β Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
β Educate customer on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
β Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
β Participate in the truck un-load, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes
β Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
β Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
β Support shrink and safety programs
β Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
β Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organizationβs vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members
β Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
β Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including (but not limited to) sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms
