β Ensure event documents are sent out to internal departments and clients in a timely manner
β Maintain detailed records of event documents, event additions, and costs
β Collect, code, and submit post event costs
β Communicate and collaborate across the organization to develop staffing plans and ensure all event needs are met
β Create agendas and notes for weekly meetings
β Ensure that all clients receive a response to calls/emails within 24 Hours
β Set-up and attend all client and vendor site visits
β Ensure that all site visits receive a recap and next steps email within 24 hours
β Actively identify enhancement sales opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities
β Administrative duties where needed including filing, mailing, faxing, copying
β Maintain Argyle Events inventory, and event supplies
β Maintain a mindset that is constantly learning and looking for new and more efficient ways to create experiences
β Always Represent Sporting Kansas City and its related affiliates in a professional manner
β Perform other related tasks as assigned
