Play a key role in the production of Ontic Summit, Onticβs annual flagship event, including event logistics, promotions, internal communications and enablement, parties, hotel rooming lists, gifting, activations, and more

Ideate and produce new event formats, such as roadshows and user groups, as business needs arise and own the promotional strategy and registration goals

Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to deliver high-quality event experiences

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams to ensure event strategy aligns with company goals and contributes to new logo pipeline growth, client retention, and expansion

Measure and analyze event performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Develop and execute event promotion plans across email, social media, and digital channels, including writing compelling copy and collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams to drive registration and engagement
