π Key Responsibilities

Deploy objectives-based, localized go-to-market programs and campaigns with and within our customer channels (Dealers, Distributors, Retailers)

Work closely with Territory Sales to build and deploy marketing programs focused on customer segmentation to further drive loyalty and revenue, and support sales enablement initiatives

Provide support of advertising, promotion, and retention programs supporting the brand and products at the local level

Manage and execute local initiatives, events, and projects in a timely and thoughtful manner
β
Oversee daily deployment of merchandising, branding, branch and dealer grand openings and activities that will effectively and efficiently drive traffic and sales growth

Work closely with Content on creative briefs collaborating on creative needs to support the activation of brand positioning and messaging in local customer programs

Demonstrate persuasive negotiation to secure in-channel opportunities with and on behalf of our customers
β
Build and manage regional demand calendars throughout the year, continually socializing each with business stakeholders and collaborating on timing to maximize market opportunities and alignment with launches

Serve as the first line of engagement with local community partners as it pertains to partnerships, sponsorships, and engagement
β
Stay current with Customer Marketing & Account-Based strategy and tactical activities continually seeking and learning new and effective ways to deploy a modern mix of tactics deliver desired brand awareness, relationship, and revenue outcomes in alignment with strategic business plans

Education: BS or BA degree in business, marketing, or communications required
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Marketing professional with emphasis on customer or demand marketing
