Oversee a process to provide campaign briefs to influencers, review creative content, and manage influencer relationships

Execute flawlessly against a deployment schedule of campaigns; report on results and recommend next steps on scaling

Own project management and cross-functional program and campaign development workflow with dedicated Comms, Brand Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering teams

Maintain strong relationships with Marketing Ops and Marketing Technology teams by having a deep understanding of our tech and tooling needs and working with operations to deliver solutions to fit unique needs

Own comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of all relevant program KPIs and influence the build of the right dashboards to track and socialize performance

Present updates, findings, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners through decks and in-person presentations

π― Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and/or related functions within a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce company, with broad expertise in digital marketing
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of scaling and managing an influencer marketing program for one or more large, global consumer brands
- Deep knowledge and expertise in building and executing creative and innovative influencer strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter/X; strong familiarity with platform functionality and best practices
- Curiosity about emerging trends and platforms worldwide; can spot opportunity and formulate clear testing plan
- Working knowledge and familiarity with social, social listening, and influencer management tools like Sprinklr and CreatorIQ
